so, yesterday i installed photoshop cs4. played around on it for a bit; all was well. turned on the laptop this morning: IT IS GONE. i have no idea what happened, but my laptop is telling me that, nope, photoshop was never installed! and any further attempts to reinstall are met with the installer crashing.
